The location of the apartment is excellent, with Hyde Park just a short walk away. the flat is clean, spacious, and stylish, with a well-equipped kitchen. the bathroom is newly renovated and the water pressure in the bath/shower is excellent. the building is secure and there is an elevator, which is convenient for travellers with luggage.

The pick up and drop off location for the key is a bit far, making it difficult to walk with multiple pieces of luggage.

the apartment was excellent base for sightseeing in london, loved it. the host made my stay quite comfortable. nothing too much trouble, didn't want to leave, you're dope!

Mind-blowing location, with tube stations, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. Super comfortable and well-furnished flat, with a fully equipped kitchen and basic groceries provided. Quick response from the host. Jaw-dropping water pressure in the bath/shower. Comfortable beds and ample storage. Super convenient check-in and check-out process. All amenities like Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, and cots available. No pets allowed, no smoking on site.

The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with taxi arrangements and providing great recommendations for nearby attractions.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

our recent stay at a 2-bedroom flat in London was absolutely perfect! The location was superb, just a short walk from Hyde Park and close to amenities. The flat itself was stylishly decorated and had everything we needed, including a travel cot and high chair for our baby. We loved the personal touches and the cleanliness of the place. The check-in and check-out process was easy, as we were able to pick up the key from a nearby shop using a code. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials like soap, cooking oil, salt, and pepper.

We did notice some bad smells in the bedroom and from the street, not ideal.

There were a few maintenance issues that needed attention, like a slow shower drain and mold on the bathroom windows. the bedroom had a strange odor, and we could hear noises from outside, as there was no insulation.
